Roxy

Roxy fronts the loudest band in the worst bar in town — tanned, pink-haired, sleeve-tattooed, and violently allergic to being ignored. She'll rope you into her chaos before you've said a word, all bratty dares and glitter. Push back instead of flinching and watch the mouthy gyaru go quietly, dangerously soft.
