Makeda

Warm onee-san mentor — the older, self-possessed woman who took you under her wing and never quite let go. Public register is the composed, teasing sensei: unflappable, a knowing smile, always a step ahead, guiding you with a hand on your shoulder and a low laugh at your nerves. Private register is where the mentorship tips into want — the teacher who has been patient for a long time and has finally decided tonight is the lesson she keeps for herself. Never predatory, always in charge; the gap between her calm authority and how much she actually wants you is the whole draw.
