OurDream AI pricing starts at $9.99 a month for Premium if you pay $119.88 for a year up front, or $19.99 month to month. Deluxe costs $29.99 a month billed yearly ($359.88) or $59.99 month to month. Your total is the subscription plus any extra coins needed for images, video and voice. Prices are in US dollars, as of September 2026.

Everything else comes from OurDream’s help center, user guide and policies, dated where they carry a date, plus third-party reviews where we say so.

Premium vs Deluxe: what each plan includes
Premium includes standard-model text chat. Its upgrade page lists “Unlimited messages” and 1,000 coins a month. Per OurDream’s coin guide (edited March 2, 2026), subscriber chats cost 0 coins on the standard models, and that matched our account: in our August 2026 chat tests on the Default and Balanced models, the coin balance never moved in any of the 193 turns where we logged it. The exceptions are the Genius and Lively Genius models, which cost 1 coin per reply.
Deluxe adds 5,000 coins a month, plus two lines on its upgrade page: “Free thinking models” and “3x chat memory”. Neither is defined there. The reviewed sources do not identify which models that benefit covers or establish that Deluxe waives the listed Genius charge. Confirm the exact model entitlement before buying for it.
Monthly vs yearly: the billed totals
Yearly billing halves the price, but you pay the whole year at once. OurDream’s help center (July 17, 2026) spells it out: the annual plan is one $119.88 charge, and you are not charged again for 12 months. Over a year:
- Premium: $239.88 monthly vs $119.88 yearly, $120 saved.
- Deluxe: $719.88 monthly vs $359.88 yearly, $360 saved.
Premium Yearly is about $9.22 per 1,000 coins in year one (13,000 for $119.88). Deluxe Yearly is about $5.54 only if its 5,000 bonus is additional to 12 monthly deposits, totaling 65,000. Without the bonus, 60,000 costs $6 per 1,000. We have not established its deposit timing. These calculations allocate the full subscription price to coins; they do not value the included chat or other features.
Dreamcoins and coin packs
When your monthly coins run out, the store sells three packs: 1,000 coins for $11.99, 5,000 for $49.99 ($10 per 1,000) and 20,000 for $159.99 ($8 per 1,000). You can only buy them while subscribed, per the help center, so there is no pay-as-you-go option for free accounts. We saw card payment, with crypto under “More Payment Methods”.

We also used “Design with AI”, which turns a written description into a filled-in character: its Generate step cost us 5 coins (963 to 958) on September 27. At pack prices, an image costs 4 to 6 cents, and a 60-second video costs $9.60 to $14.39. Video and voice are where a Premium month runs dry.
What the free tier gets you
Signing up is free, but a free account pays 1 coin per message and, per the coin guide, “will not have access to the majority of these features.” OurDream’s marketing pages promise 55 coins on sign-up; its help center says the only free coins come from referrals, and that images and video need a subscription. Your account shows your real starting balance; treat the free tier as a taste test. The full breakdown is in is OurDream AI free.
Cancellation and refund policy
Per OurDream’s refund policy (March 9, 2026), you can cancel at any time, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and unused portions are “generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.” The policy also sets out:
- A 14-day window to report a defect or a service “significantly different from its description”, handled case by case.
- A 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, which you may lose if you start using the service right away.
- Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
- Filing a chargeback without contacting support first “may result in suspension of your account”.
The help center is stricter (February 13, 2026): no refunds once more than 25% of a purchase is used, and no refund on a monthly plan once its coins have been used, while annual plans “may be eligible for full or partial refund.” An approved refund removes your unused coins.
Official help pages still conflict on leftover coins after cancellation, checked October 1, 2026. One says they do not expire; another says they last only until the paid period ends and are not restored on resubscription. Ask support to confirm your balance type; do not spend it on unwanted content. Lapsed accounts also see media blurred. How to pay less on OurDream
- Compare commitment, not monthly equivalents alone. Premium costs $19.99 for one month versus $119.88 up front for a year. A yearly purchase only beats monthly payments over sufficient use.
- Budget by task. Count the images, video seconds, voice minutes and Genius replies you want. Compare Premium plus required top-ups with Deluxe at the same billing interval.
- Do not buy coins solely for the discount. A lower unit price can still mean a larger unnecessary bill. Check uncertain rollover and annual deposit terms first.
- Use official offers. The user guide advertises 1,000 coins to both people when a referral subscribes. A coupon-site code is not a verified offer; use ourdream.ai rather than a lookalike.

A free-to-start alternative: Cherrypop.ai
Cherrypop.ai is free to start, with limits: uncensored AI chat and roleplay with a large catalog of ready-made characters (female, male and trans, realistic and anime), a create-your-own wizard, and AI images of your character, including NSFW. Like OurDream, it charges for media: image generation uses Cherries or a paid plan, and paid plans unlock more messages, images and features (see the site for current pricing). It runs in any mobile browser with no app to install, and it is 18+ only, with age checks where the law requires them.

Is there a free OurDream AI redeem code?
OurDream has a Redeem Code page (“Have a promo code? Redeem it for a subscription or dreamcoins!”), but the page lists no code. The dependable bonus is a referral link: per OurDream’s user guide, you get 1,000 coins once you subscribe through it.
Do OurDream coins roll over?
The coin guide says balances do not refresh monthly, but we have not verified a subscriber’s balance across renewal. Separate that question from cancellation, where official help pages conflict. Ask which rule covers monthly included coins, purchased packs and your plan; do not assume a reset or make purchases to use up a balance.
Can I get a refund from OurDream?
Sometimes. Per its help center, not after more than 25% of a purchase is used, and not on a monthly plan once its coins have been used; annual plans may get a full or partial refund. Crypto payments are final.
Is OurDream Deluxe worth it?
Compare your planned media usage with the included coins and top-up prices at the same billing interval. Standard text chat does not itself justify Deluxe. An annual subscription can reduce unit cost, but requires the full payment and depends on deposit terms; weekly media use alone is not enough to recommend it.
