Premium vs Deluxe: what each plan includes
Premium is the plan most people need. Its upgrade page lists “Unlimited messages” and 1,000 coins a month. Per OurDream’s coin guide (edited March 2, 2026), subscriber chats cost 0 coins on the standard models, and in practice the balance stays put on the Default and Balanced models, even across long chats. The exceptions are the Genius and Lively Genius models, which cost 1 coin per reply.
Deluxe adds 5,000 coins a month, plus two lines on its upgrade page: “Free thinking models” and “3x chat memory”. Neither is defined there. OurDream’s user guide describes Genius as the model for “complex scenes, deeper immersion, and improved memory”, which suggests Deluxe waives the 1-coin Genius charge, though the plan page does not say so outright.
Monthly vs yearly: the billed totals
Yearly billing halves the price, but you pay the whole year at once. OurDream’s help center (July 17, 2026) spells it out: the annual plan is one $119.88 charge, and you are not charged again for 12 months. Over a year:
- Premium: $239.88 monthly vs $119.88 yearly, $120 saved.
- Deluxe: $719.88 monthly vs $359.88 yearly, $360 saved.
Counted per 1,000 coins in year one, Premium Yearly works out to about $9.22 (13,000 coins). OurDream does not spell out Deluxe Yearly’s coin timing; if it works like Premium Yearly (the 5,000 bonus plus 12 monthly deposits, 65,000 coins), that is about $5.54 per 1,000, and even without the bonus (60,000 coins) it is $6.00, still the cheapest coins OurDream sells. Deluxe Monthly is $12 per 1,000, the same rate as the smallest coin pack, so on Deluxe only yearly billing gets you a coin discount.
Dreamcoins and coin packs
When your monthly coins run out, the store sells three packs: 1,000 coins for $11.99, 5,000 for $49.99 ($10 per 1,000) and 20,000 for $159.99 ($8 per 1,000). You can only buy them while subscribed, per the help center, so there is no pay-as-you-go option for free accounts. Checkout offers card payment, with crypto under “More Payment Methods”.

“Design with AI” turns a written description into a filled-in character; its Generate step costs 5 coins. At pack prices, an image costs 4 to 6 cents, and a 60-second video costs $9.60 to $14.39. Video and voice are where a Premium month runs dry.
What the free tier gets you
Signing up is free, but a free account pays 1 coin per message and, per the coin guide, “will not have access to the majority of these features.” OurDream’s marketing pages promise 55 coins on sign-up; its help center says the only free coins come from referrals, and that images and video need a subscription. Cancellation and refund policy
Per OurDream’s refund policy (March 9, 2026), you can cancel at any time, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and unused portions are “generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.” The policy also sets out:
- A 14-day window to report a defect or a service “significantly different from its description”, handled case by case.
- A 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, which you may lose if you start using the service right away.
- Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
- Filing a chargeback without contacting support first “may result in suspension of your account”.
The help center is stricter (February 13, 2026): no refunds once more than 25% of a purchase is used, and no refund on a monthly plan once its coins have been used, while annual plans “may be eligible for full or partial refund.” An approved refund removes your unused coins.
What happens to leftover coins is less clear. A February 2026 help article says “Coins do not expire!”, while an older cancellation article says unused coins last until the period ends and are not restored if you resubscribe. Spend them before your plan ends. Lapsed accounts also see their images and videos blurred until they subscribe again. “Cancel Subscription” is a small link at the bottom of the subscription page, under a large “Upgrade Your Plan” banner. How to pay less on OurDream
- Start monthly, then switch. One month at $19.99 shows whether you will stay; the yearly plan only saves money if you use it all year.
- Use a referral link. Per OurDream’s user guide, both people get 1,000 coins when the referred person subscribes, and the referrer gets a 10,000-coin bonus for every ten referrals.
- Stay on Premium unless you make media weekly. Text chat on the standard models costs no coins, so Deluxe mostly buys coins for video, voice and Genius replies.
- Buy big packs only if you must. The 20,000 pack is $8 per 1,000; Deluxe Yearly is cheaper per coin if you will use that much every month.
- Ignore coupon sites. OurDream’s Redeem Code page takes promo codes “for a subscription or dreamcoins” but lists none, and a code from a coupon site is not an OurDream offer. Lookalike sites such as ourdream-ai.uk are not ourdream.ai; pay only on ourdream.ai.
